Milan not good enough for Juventus

Alexandre Pato and Ambrosini scored Milan’s only goal as Milan went down 4-2 against Juventus. Milan were lucky that it wasn’t much more as Juventus was just too good for Milan.

Tonight proved again that Milan’s defense needs reshaping. Two goals came off a header which shows Milan’s inability to defend headers.

Jankulovski and Kaladze made too many costly errors forcing Zambrotta to pick up the slack causing him to be sent off with his second yellow. With one man down Milan had no chance of equalising and Juventus wasted no time in taking the advantage with Amauri making it 4-2.

Abbiati was furious with Jankulovski earlier in the game as he made some defensive errors but Ancelotti insisted on keeping him on the pitch which cost Milan the game. Jankulovski was seen more in the front half of the pitch rather then the back, although when he was defending it was like he wasn’t there.

Milan were not a team without Kaka and Gattuso in the line-up. However, regardless of the missing pair Milan played horrible football and now trail Inter by nine points.
