Pato will play tonight but Ronaldinho and Kaka still unsure
All three players sat out last Sunday against Cagliari and Carlo Ancelotti has hinted that he may have to do the same again for Kaka and Ronaldinho against Werder Bremen tonight.
The second leg clash is a must win for AC Milan if they want to advance to the next stages get closer to their dream of proving themselves at the Supercup.
“The doubts are mainly for Kaká and Ronaldinho, while as far as Pato and Shevchenko are concerned there are good possibilities (of playing),” said Ancelotti.
After making that comment, coach Ancelotti reconfirmed Kaka’s absense by stating,
“I don’t think he (Kaka) can play against Werder, but on Sunday he will. Ricky had to stay out for 15 days for a distorsion; now we are in the 18th day, it makes no difference for me; we are in line with the recovery that had been programmed.”
Tonight will also see a moment of silence for the President Mr. Silvio Berlusconi’s sister, Mrs. Antonietta Berlusconi Beretta, who passed away during the night, at the age of 65 years.
Alexandre Pato almost played for PSV

According to Sportweek, Alexandre Pato could have played for PSV when he left Internacional in 2007.
Piet de Visser who was a scouter for both PSV and Chelsea back then recommened Pato to Chelsea and also suggesting to the Blues to loan Pato to PSV to gain more experience.
“Pato was definitely interested in joining PSV. I showed him some pictures of Ronaldo during his period at PSV and he was eager to follow in his footsteps. I did my utmost to make the deal happen, but Internacional’s asking price was too high and the deal collapsed,” said De Visser to Sportweek.
Nevertheless, Pato signed for Milan only two months after his proposed PSV deal collapsed and at only 19 years old has scored 20 goals in 42 Serie A matches so far.
