Milan rejects major offer for Pato reveals Galliani
Galliani has revealed that a major bid for Pato has been made but Milan are not willing to sell the player after the departure of Kaka.
“Milan this year has resisted a monumental offer for Pato,” revealed Adriano Galliani.
“But I will not say which club made the offer,” added Galliani
Chelsea have been heavily linked to Pato but it is unlikely that he will be sold as President Berlusconi sees Pato as Kaka’s replacement.
“As for Pato, he will have an amazing career and I think that he can replace Kaka,” said Berlusconi.
Pato praises Ancelotti and hints a possible move to Chelsea
Only days after he pledged his loyalty to Milan, Pato has again brought up speculation that he could possibly move to Chelsea but only if Milan decide to sell him.
‘Carlo Ancelotti is a coach and a person who is very important to me. It was he who wanted me at Milan and when I was there he helped me grow as a player,’ said Pato in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
‘I feel I owe him a lot but I have a contract with Milan and it is up to Milan to decide my future.’
Pato happy to stay at Milan
Pato has made it clear that he is happy at Milan and would like to win everything with the club.
“I am happy to stay at the club, and I do not care what other have to say. I have a contract with the Rossoneri that I will respect, and I want to win everything with them,” said Pato.
Pato also spoke about his former Rossoneri team mate Kaka.
“I have spoken with him several times over the past few days, and he seems very happy to be going to Real Madrid,” added Pato.
