Pato may start against Paraguay

Dopey eyed Dunga will decide tomorrow if Pato or Nilma will play alongside Robinho in tomorrows World Cup qualifiers against Paraguay. Pato has not been able to get into Dunga’s first team but if he does Pato needs ensure that he delivers the goods.
