Pato’s early strike in the 7th minute was enough to give a 10 men Milan side 3 points. Pato converted with a brilliant strike that curved pass the keeper and hit the inside of the upright before hitting the back of the net. The lead up to the strike involved a Beckham corner kick to Jankulovski who found Pato inside the box and the Pato with his skills did the rest.
As you would have thought the fans showed their disapproval with banners and chants regarding the Kaka transfer saga.
Fiorentina put up a fight but was not enough to break the Milan defense which saw Jankulovski receive his second yellow card in the 90th minute after kicking the ball away after play was stopped.
